1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using The Drill Sergeant Chrome Extension ("the Extension") or accessing our website and dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Provider

The Service is provided by Epic Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

3. Description of Service

The Drill Sergeant is a browser extension that blocks access to websites you specify. The Service includes a free tier and a paid "Unlimited" subscription with additional features.

4. Accounts

An account is optional for basic use. Signing in with Google enables cross-device sync and access to premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Unlimited plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Hardcore Mode

When Hardcore Mode is activated, blocking rules are locked for the duration you set and cannot be undone — even by us. By enabling Hardcore Mode, you acknowledge this restriction and accept full responsibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription checks

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Epic Technology Limited is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost productivity, data loss, or blocked access to websites.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
